Premium Felt

Advanced Felt Solutions: Premium felt is a higher quality and more luxurious version of traditional felt.  Premium felt is 100% polyester made from purified recycled plastic bottles however the red in both materials is a mix of 85% polyester and 15% acrylic.  Premium felt is often thicker (8 oz per square yard) and more durable than classic felt. The material is needled and can be machine washed, gentle cycle, gently dry and ironed with low heat. Due to its higher quality, it is often used for high-end crafts, such as designer bags and hats, as well as for more sophisticated industrial applications, such as precision gaskets and seals. Overall, premium felt is a premium-quality material that offers both durability and aesthetic appeal. Typically, classic felt has more colors options available than the premium felt.
